Como, historically the city of silk, is a recognized important reference point for the weaving and printing of precious silks. The name chosen for this design is a nod to the classic decorative motifs and colors used to decorate silk fabrics. A plain, detailed ramage is highlighted by the background and border with floral paisley motifs in intense colors.

Granfoulard is probably the world's best-known product with which Bassetti has established itself on the market. The uses of this "big cloth" are as simple and versatile as Italian life.
