MERGELLINA - The paisley motif has an appealing watercolor effect. The lines are soft and look hand-painted - as if a great classic from the Granfoulard collection had been reinterpreted. The design combines elaborate, generous elements at its ends and a small-scale middle section, the details of which form a monochrome tone-on-tone background. The pattern is available in three typically summery color variations:
a sunny one in yellow and orange tones, a fresh one in mint green and pistachio and a final, more classic one, in the blue tones of the sea.

Granfoulard is probably the world's best-known product with which Bassetti has established itself on the market. The uses of this "big cloth" are as simple and versatile as Italian life.
