Bassetti Granfoulard

VERONA - A tendril pattern that resembles a stage production, with its flowers that seem to dance and the flowing colors that underline its uniqueness. The elegant, curved lines of the interiors of "Casa degli Atellani", renovated in the 1920s by the Milanese architect Piero Portaluppi, provide inspiration for a rich and sophisticated design. A small decorative border with an oriental pattern is replaced by a floral bouquet after a break in color, the intensity of which decreases smoothly towards the top.
At the same time, the background colour becomes more visible and is further enhanced in an original way by sponge dabs.
There are two colour variations: one in shades of blue and beige with flowers in old pink and terracotta; the other in warm taupe and mother of pearl with flowers in gold, green and pastel yellow.

Granfoulard is probably the world's best-known product with which Bassetti has established itself on the market. The uses of this "big cloth" are as simple and versatile as Italian life.

Today you can use it as a tablecloth on your garden or dining table, and tomorrow it can be tied up as a room divider or used as a decorative cover on your sofa .

Attached to a curtain rod as a scarf , it is just as useful as a sunshade , beach towel or simply on a sun lounger . As you can see, there are no limits to your imagination.
