We are pleased that you have chosen a handmade natural carpet. In order to enjoy your carpet for a long time, please follow the cleaning and care instructions below:
-For standard cleaning of your carpets, please use a vacuum cleaner with a smooth nozzle, no brush or similar, so you would unnecessarily pull out wool threads.
-Please turn your carpet twice a year by simply putting it "on its face" and rotating it once around its own axis, so that the carpet wears evenly and additionally a kind of self-cleaning occurs during which small particles can fall out of the carpet.
-With all carpets, it is normal for some wool lint or fiber pieces to come loose in the early stages, if this bothers you, simply cut the protruding threads or lint flat with scissors.
-Further treatment, such as carpet cleaning or carpet washing should only be done by appropriate professionals.
-Should a stain occur, quick action is usually the best solution. In the case of solid dirt, allow to dry and carefully loosen with the back of a knife and vacuum. In the case of liquids, first soak up quickly and dab with a paper towel, then squeeze or soak up with a damp cloth and water, do not rub. For after-treatment, treat with an appropriate stain remover.
