Returns
You have the option of returning your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Please pack the goods in the original packaging if possible. Since we pay the shipping costs for goods over 75.-€, we ask you to pay for any returns.
How do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received and checked the returned goods, we will refund the amount. Depending on the method of payment you will receive:
- Prepayment purchase: with prepayment purchase, we will transfer the amount back to your bank account from which the transfer was made.
- PayPal payment: with PayPal payment, you will receive a credit to your PayPal account. Whether the amount then remains on your PayPal account for another purchase or flows back into your bank account, you can determine yourself at PayPal. We have no influence on this.
- KLARNA payment: With Klarna payment you will get your money back via Klarna after we have confirmed the proper return with Klarna.
The refund will be made within a few days after receipt of the return.
